kegging supervision

Hey, I'm an apprentice level member, and I'm looking to keg my beer sometime

this or next week. Is there anyone who can potentially supervise the process? I've

had help before and want to make sure I'm doing it correctly.

I might be there on Sunday.

I might be there on Sunday. Weekends are usually pretty packed, and you should be able to just walk in, but do reserve the bottling station so not to cause any conflicts.

Also let me suggest that you bring your own plastic transfer bits (autosiphon, tubing, thief). I have traced some my infections to shared transfer tubing, and now I only really use those for priming the chiller pump.

Good luck, and maybe I'll see you!

I like to do 10-5 as I prefer

I like to do 10-5 as I prefer to move slowly and take my time on brew day. Often though, I don't even show up 'til 11 because usually I'm doing cell counts on my starter that take longer than I expect.

Kyle's a helpful guy, he'll set you straight if I am not there on time.
