Ingredients: 

22.5 # 2 Row
12 oz Munich
10 oz Carapils
8 oz Crystal 20L
8 oz Crystal 40L
8 oz Crystal 60L
4 oz Crystal 120L
Whirlfloc Tablet x2 (15 minutes)
2 oz Cascade (60 Minutes)
1 oz Amarillo (30 minutes)
1 oz Amarillo (10 Minutes)
2 oz Citra (0)
WYEAST American Ale 1056 x2

Procedure: 

1.25 qt/lb of grain ratio. Mash at 154-156 degrees for 60 minutes or until conversion.

Fermentation: 

Ferment at 68 degrees for 7-10 days or until beer is fully attenuated.
