Ingredients: 

13# Marris Otter Malt
4# Brown Malt
3# Victory Malt
2 oz. Fuggles (60 Minutes)
2 oz. Fuggles (10 Minutes)
Wyeast #1335 British Ale II x2 packages
Whirlfloc x2

Procedure: 

Mash in with 28 qt water @ 167 degrees for a mash temperature of 156 degrees. Mash for 60 minutes, until conversion is complete. Sparge with 9.5 gallons of water.

Fermentation: 

65 Degrees for 10 days, rack to secondary 65 degrees for 14 days keg and carb for 10 days.
