Dark Chocolate/Orange Peel Stout - does this recipe have legs?

I know a lot of people who like chocolate-covered orange peels. Anyone have any thoughts how it would taste in a stout form? Would the citric acid even come through the roasted malts without throwing a ton in and risking too astringent a flavor? Orange extract maybe?

Any suggestions/comments are welcome.

one of my favorite coffee is orange coffe....i think the coco roast flavor pairs great with the orange flavor
