Looks good! That's the most sturdy looking planter I've ever seen.
Who's gonna water em?
But for real, looks good. One weekend I will finish the barrels and the BH wont look half bad!
Nice job!! Thanks for doing this!
IMG_3848.JPG Ran out of screws tonight, but got 2 more set up. Will be finished by tomorrow and hops arrive Thursday.
Badass, Todd! The only thing that would make this better is me not having to tilt my head sideways to see the pictures.
Looks great!
What Brandon said!
The emperor is not as forgiving as i am
Hops have been planted. Please don't water them. I'll be handling everything. I'm headed out of town but we are getting a ton of rain these next few days. It might be to much water but fingers crossed they do okay.
Great job Todd!

I know farmer Todd and many others know this information already, but for those that don't - this is a good overview of growing hops, harvest, and what to expect. And for those of you that don't subscribe to BeerSmith's email blog, it's free and informative (this is an excerpt from it).
Jumping on this, the new barrel planters are 90 complete, they just need some soil and plants. I will finish this tomorrow. Before the soil goes in, please feel free to dump your spent grains in there, just mix with the woodchips so it doesnt attract rats.
If you have any input on what's planted, message me.
Use MiracleGro is my suggestion. Also, if you are interested, I made a hop drying rack that works with a box fan and a shop light. Works really good. Can borrow mine, or make one for $15 or so.
