Hi, the dates on the fridge reservation google doc end at the end of December. I wasn't sure if it was as simple as typing in each date into the future, or if there was a better way of doing it? With Stout and Chili night coming up in January, we probably need to get the fridge reservation form up and running for the month and beyond.
There's a template ready for the new year. We can cut and paste it to a new sheet after the 31st.
I just made a tab that says "2019 Reservations" for anyone that wants to start holding their space now. When we switch over to 2019 I'll "archive" the 2018 reservations (which will take the place of our 2017 archive).
Actually, our current archive goes through 2016. Is this necessary? It probably takes much longer to load the sheet because of the length of that tab.
We probably don't need to go that far back. I feel like maybe just archiving the prior year is fine.
