Rocking Rye Stout Barrel Project

Ok gang, I'm leading my first barrel project and its gonna be fun or I'll have to kill ya!

We are doing a Rye Stout

Must be brewed by September 22nd!

Barrel fill will be a month after the cut off date!

Once everyone is confirmed, I'll text/email ya the recipe

Update on our Barre project.

Update on our Barre project.

When I tried this beer over a year ago it had gotten infected.

Thanks to covid and time the infection actually works with this beer.

It's ready to pull.

I'd recommend adding a fruit to it, I'm thinking sour cherries to mine.

Since this barrel is infected, do we want to brew a sour for it or just let it go?
