The smaller lager fermentation fridge across from our large conditioning fridge isn't currently working. While we remedy the situation, we've allotted the reservation sheet to reference the fridge behind the bar. It's set at 50F.
There are 6 slots on the reservation system for that fridge. Although that fridge can probably hold more, know that if you don't have a reservation you may risk your fermenter/keg being moved.

Sorry for the back and forth. Thanks to JonP for coordinating service & getting the lager fermentation fridge up and running. It's ready to rock at 50F.
That said, we finally updated the lager fridge reservation sheet to show BOTH fridges available for reservations. This means there's now 12 spots to reserve your delicious lager fermentations.
Please be cognizant as to which fridge you're reserving (Noted at the top of the spreadsheet as "Across From Large Fridge" or "BEHIND THE BAR").
Also, please be patient as everyone gets used to this "new-ish" system (ie, if someone's fermenter/keg is in one fridge, but not the one they reserved, give them a break. As long as they reserved we'll call it good for now).
