So you think you're at the top of your brewing game? Want to take it a step further? Come to this workshop to learn how to tailor brewing salts to get the optimal pH for your mash and cater to the taste profile of your finished beer. Hoppy? Balanced? Matly? Pale? Amber? Dark? We’ve got you covered.

Professor Nordquist graciously shared his knowledge on water science in a previous workshop. Now learn how to apply that science to your specific recipe! (No prior water knowledge required though). However, if you’d like to read up on some water knowledge prior, visit this link.

Kyle and I will be walking you through Bru’n Water, the standard in brewing water additions (used by pros and amateurs alike). We will have a copy of this spreadsheet on the club’s computer for you to use whenever you’d like. There is a free version online available here as well.

So bring your favorite recipe(s) & learn how to use this very valuable pieces of software!
