This class will mainly benefit home brewers and those wishing to become BJCP certified. We will again be using off flavors from the Siebel Institute kit. This class will feature off flavors common to home brew beer including metallic, vinegar sour, and off flavors caused by infection.
As with the begginer class, this will be held at Fatpour.
