Our club partner, Fatpour, has been kind enough to provide us with space in their bar. We will be using the Siebel Institute off flavor kit used in BJCP classes. This class will feature common off flavors that can be found in commercial and home brew beer. Among the off flavors presented in the beginner's class are DMS, light struck, diacetyl, spicy phenols, and Hefeweizen esters.
