BREWING 310: BREWING INGREDIENTS AND PROCESSES PART 2 – Two sessions consisting of in-depth coverage of how various ingredients and brewing processes affect beer character through discussion as well as tasting samples.


PART 2:  Covers hops, the boil, yeast, fermentation and conditioning.
