Bryan Shimkos, the brewer and owner at Blue Island Beer Co., will host us at the brewery and visit with us on brewing session beers. He'll share some of his small beers, discuss the recipes, process and his thinking about brewing these beers.

We'll meet at Blue Island Beer Co. at 6 pm, order in some pizza and salad, and enjoy Bryan's beers. You are welcome to bring some homebrewed beers to share, but please don't bring commercial beers. Attendees will be responsible for paying for the beer they drink and a TBD amount for food, probably around $5.
