Forbidden Root, a new Chicago-based beverage company with a line of innovative botanic craft beers, presents a beer dinner at City Winery on Thursday, July 24 at 7:00 p.m. This beer dinner will be an intimate evening of delicious local brews with three courses designed by City Winery executive chef Andres Barrera. Hosted by brewer BJ Pichman and the Forbidden Root team, this beer dinner will be full sipping, sloshing and dining with one of Chicago’s newest and most daring botanical brewery. Guests will get to chat with the Forbidden Root team and discuss its unique approach and processes.
Tickets are $75 & the doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with dinner being served at 7:00 p.m. The food menu will be announced shortly & the beer pairings are below.
