Come join us as we celebrate the beginning of a Gino's East/CHAOS collaboration and the first CHAOS recipe to be brewed at 500 N. LaSalle! At 6:00 sharp, 8-10 judges will sequester themselves in the CHAOS front bar area and judge wheat entries. While they judge, you can mingle, tour the brewhouse, and sample CHAOS-brewed beers and/or Gino's-donated beers. Once judging is finished (approx. 7:45 p.m.), the winner will be announced and you can then sample the wheat entries (while supplies last).
