Meetings begin with an informal bottle share or home brew judging from 6:00-6:30 (if you would like a home brew of yours informally judged, please e-mail jim@chaosbrewclub.net). At 6:30 the meeting officially begins. Attendees get an update on CHAOS happenings and are encouraged to volunteer for whatever interests them.
This month's meeting will focus on brew house improvements and Stout Night.
