Meetings always start with a bottle share and general socializing from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. This meeting we would like to welcome a very special guest, Tuanis Chocolate! They will be here to discuss the use of roasted cacao beans in brewing, compared with using syrup, powdered sugar, etc. More importantly, they will be bringing us samples to try!
We will then have an informative part where the Board shares current and future club initiatives and projects. This is a great time to step up and volunteer to help (or lead!) if you are so inclined. The meeting is also an opportunity not only to meet other members and put faces to names (or, at least, usernames) but also to voice your opinion, suggestion, question, or comment.
