The ultimate winter warmer, hot spicy chili paired with dark roasted stouts, it's no wonder how Stout & Chili Night has become the most popular of CHAOS Brew Club's seasonal parties. Stay tuned for details!
Three cheers to Two Brothers Brewing Company, Horse Thief Hollow Brewing Co., and MobCraft Beer for donating beers, and special thanks to Titan Fun Key for driving down from Milwaukee to rock our party!
Still time to join the party, $35 gets you a 45 day Trial Membership at CHAOS, which gives you enough time to brew a beer at a our club brewhouse.
To Chaos,
How do you register a chili or stout I may want to submit.

Hey all, The deadline to submit beers and chilies is tonight. If you've already submitted either, please double check your descriptions to make sure they're accurate. What's in the doc gets printed as-is.
Huge thanks to those who have already signed up to volunteer! We still have plenty of spots left. If you're planning on helping out but haven't signed up yet, please (pretty please) do so that Ben and I have a good gauge of if/how many non-members we need to try to recruit to help out.
HERE is the link to the doc.
Thanks!
Jon
Do you have to be a member to volunteer?
No, you do not have to be a member to volunteer. Send me a PM please if you'd like to volunteer for one of the open spots.
I don't want to criticize but whoever came up with the beer name " I Just Shot John Lennon" came up with a name which is in very bad taste. The Lennon murder was one of the most brutal murders of the time. Could the person who brewed this change the name?
Robert, I actually did that as a tribute to the late Cranberries singer who just passed(same with my Berliner Weisse). They have a song "I Just Shot John Lennon", which is a tribute to John Lennon, which was one of the songs my dad and I sung in his car when I was young. Figured it kinda worked because it was an english porter, john lennon is english, well you get it.
Hey Jon, I brewed a barleywine that I was planning on serving next week. Sorry, I just looked at the thread today. I'm kegging it today and will have numbers/name soon. Is it still ok to add?
Hey John,
Not sure if Steven has finalized menu yet or not. He'll be working off the Google doc though so please be sure to get all needed info on there ASAP.
Thanks Jon, I'll text Steve now. I just kegged it and it's too hot to serve. I have a winter warmer and I'll see if he wants it or not. Thanks again!
Thank you for the info. Glad to know about this event. html color codes
