Here's the recipe for tomorrow:

MALT

  • UK Pilsen - 9 lb
  • Wheat - 1 lb
  • Crystal 40 - 0.5 lb
  • Cane Sugar - 0.5 lb

 

HOPS

  • Pride of Ringwood - 0.5 oz 60 mins
  • Pride of Ringwood - 0.25 oz 30 min
  • Pride of Ringwood - 0.25 oz 10 min

 

YEAST

  • Coopers, or a well-attenuating British yeast

 

Mash low (147 F), maybe extend rest to 90 mins for full conversion

90 min boil

Ferment at 65 F
