  • OG = 1.055
  • FG = 1.012
  • ABV = 5.6%
  • IBUs = 28
  • Mash @ 152 F
  • 90 min boil

 

GRAIN

  • Pilsner - 8.5 lbs
  • Munich - 4 lbs

 

HOPS

  • 60 mins - Hallertauer - 2 oz
  • 5 mins - Hallertauer - 0.5 oz
  • 0 mins - Hallertauer - 0.5 oz

 

YEAST

  • W34-70 (Weihenstephaner)
