Secretary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Secretary – Record the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors (which is satisfied merely by letting an mp3 recorder run at the meetings) as well as other meetings where voting occurs; send out all notices (e.g., of meetings); keep the corporate records (e.g., bylaws); other temporary duties as assigned by the president or Board of Directors; in charge of timely changing the registered agent with the Secretary of State and for timely filing the corporation’s annual report with the IRS.

I'd like to nominate Kristina Wallig!
She's active in the club attending beer events and brewing.... And she's pretty savvy with her social media skills! I'd love to encourage more women to get involved in leadership roles and represent our club and I think Kristina is the perfect candidate.
I've enjoyed my (2) years on the board, and I will continue to contribute to our social events by helping with the graphics, party planning, making beer and also helping with organizing our club homebrew and FastRack competitions, but the time has come for me to step down from this role and let another leader take the reigns.
