Americo and I have been in contact with the president of Daley College in regards to their attempt at starting a brewing/beer program at the school. They plan to model it after similar programs at other colleges, but have asked for CHAOS to consult while they create their own program.
Reps from the college are coming by the brewhouse this Saturday (11/4) at 10:00 am to discuss. If you have some ideas or think you can contribute to the discussion, please feel free to join us.
