I stopped in tonight and the door was not locked properly. The combination was still set to the open number so it was not locked. The last person out probably thought they locked it but did not do it properly. The combination needs to be set to anything other than the unlocking combination.
We cant have this happen, there is too much expensive stuff in there. Please double check the lock when you leave.
exterior lights need to be tuned off, as well. we need to write up a little checklist on the inside door.

Call me a dumbass but I don't remember talk about half the stuff listed above, esp. "changing the combination" of the door. Furthermore, I thought at the new place we *didn't* have to turn off the gas at the main line (just the wall and burner).
Additionally, I couldn't figure out how to shut off the back light over the storage shelves.
Definitely need not only to explain *to do* these things but also *where/how*.
That is because this thread relates to the old brewhouse not the new.
I am not sure we have made a good proceedures manual for the new yet.
