Ingredient Recompensation

If you're aware that you used some ingredients that didn't belong to you, can you please list them here and I can calculate what you owe and to whom.

I collected ingredients for Kyle and I, and so can say whose stuff we used.  As for other people, I know that several used my munich, my vienna, perhaps my yeast and perhaps my hops. 

There's an official transfer sheet in the brewhouse now, I've recorded a few people's debts on there, but I'm sure I'm missing stuff.

Daniel-

owes 25 lbs of pils and 2 lbs of wheat to Dave, 2 lbs of Munich Crystal 60 to Iggi.

Kyle-

owes 2 lbs of wheat to Dave, 2 lbs of Munich Crystal 60 to Iggi, and nothing to me.

Also, for the record, Stephen Lane gave me a 20 to cover costs.  So, I'll subtract what he owes me, give the rest to whoever else he owes, and then return the extra.

It goes without saying that this needs to be better organized next time, but don't bother mentioning it here because it goes without saying.  Also, we now have the convenient sheets which can be filled out.

Some Tips:

Did you get your pilsener from a large white grain bag sitting outside the grain room?  Then you owe Iggi for 3 lbs per 5 gallons that you brewed.  Did you get your Pilsener from a plastic bag in the grain room?  Then you owe me 3 lbs per 5 gallons.

Did you get your Munich or Vienna from an orange Homer bucket in the grain room?  Then you owe me 3 lbs per 5 gallon batch of each of those. 

Did you get your crystal 60 from a white grain bag sitting outside the grain room or from a bucket in the grain room?  If the former, you owe Iggi 1 lb per 5 gallon batch, if the latter, you owe me 1 lb per 5 gallon batch.

Did you get your wheat from the brew house?  Then you owe Dave 1 lb per 5 gallon batch?

Did you bring your own of any of these?  Then you don't owe anyone anything.

Where did you get your hops?  From the freezer?  Were they EKGs? or Hallertauer?  Then you owe me for hops.  

Did you use any packets of my yeast?  US-04 in a blue packet from the fridge?  Then you owe me.

Hoping to see posts from everyone that brewed to say either who or what they owe, or to say that they brought their own ingredients.
