We are closing in on the final days leading up to our Spring party, Cerveza De Mayo 2015!
May Day - May 1 (This Friday!) is our deadline to have these documents all up to date for final promotional and graphic deisgn needs to prepare for the event!
Volunteer
If you haven't already, sign up to volunteer, it's a great way to give back to the club and meet new people and socialize with new memebers. We only need an hour of your time at the event and we'd love you so much for it!
Beer
Complete your beer information if it's missing info on the spread sheet. We need this complete so that our all-star graphic deisgner Steven can layout the menu prior to the event.
Donations
If you signed up to donate an item for the raffle and if it's a physical prize or gift card for a service, please make sure that Jeff or I (Nancy) have it in our possession prior to the event. Send us PM messages to corrdinate this, or come to the members meeting this Sunday May 3 at CHAOS to hand-off the prize to one of us. And thank you so much for all of your donations! These prizes will really boost the fundraising for our club!
