One of our former club members is organizing a lager competition as part of a fundraising event at Carmel Catholic High School called Street Scenes. Unlike most competitions, this will require five gallons of beer. However, the winner will actually win a cash prize and (possibly) have their beer brewed by a pro brewery. I think that's worth five gallons. The comp is on February 8th, so there's plenty of time to make a winning lager.
