Taps/Dispensing

In the interest of keeping things compartmentalize, let's talk about the taps/hoses here.

There's always the collar

There's always the collar option, too, which many prefer. I like the tower, though.

I got 2 of these and a couple

I got 2 of these and a couple disconnects to put on the other end of the hoses (since it's for non-corny kegs).

The other misc items I needed were clamps and a couple out quick disconnects.

NOTE: I would get the kind of clamps you have to quite literally clamp (with a tile cutting tool or something similar) and not the worm (i.e., screw) kind. The washers and nuts which came with these particular taps/hoses did not fit over the worm clamps (which also came with the taps/hoses) and so I had to attach the hosing to the taps without the clamps, install the taps in the tower and then jimmy the worm clamps up the hose - inside the PVC piping - and then from the small opening in the top of the PVC try to align and tighten the clamps around the elbow shank. Pain in the ass (since you can only turn the screw about 20-30 degrees per turn. Would have been much better to be able to install the clamp while the tap was not yet installed in the tower and then just worry only about tightening the nut to secure the tap.
