Apprentice seeking guide for 2nd brew

Hi all, I was hoping to come in and do my 2nd brew on Wednesday, and am in need of an experienced brewer to help guide me and sign off. I've done a few brews before and know my way around the equipment, but it's been some time since I've been in the facility (regrettably), and I'm planning on brewing a lager, which I've never done before, so I would greatly appreciate any guidance.

I reserved a spot from 3pm to 10pm, I'm free all day though so I am flexible. If this Wednesday doesn't work for anyone I could do next Wednesday as well.

If no one can help you in the evening, I'm scheduled to brew Wednesday morning, if that works for you. I can plan to be at the brewhouse until about 4 pm and can get there as early as necessary.

Hey Kelsey, so my brew

Hey Kelsey, so my brew partner wants to join me for this brew day, so I'm going to brew in the evening instead.  So, if you want to switch back to your original plan, that's fine.  I'm flexible tomorrow and will be at the brewhouse during the day, too - I need to do some packaging and rebuild, check for leaks and nuclear sanitze a couple of kegs.  So, just let me know when you want to be there and I'll make sure I'm there.  

My cell phone is 630-267-8325, send me a text and I'm more likely to see it more promptly.  

Do you need any help with your lager recipe?  Lagers require a higher pitch rate for yeast - do you have enough yeast?
