Any of the alchemists going to be around and available to open the brewhaus on either of these days? Very flexible on the timing since I have both days off, and probably not physically available until noon on 1/1 :)

brewing on 1/1 or 1/2?
I would love to brew up a 3 gallon batch on the 2nd as well... any room for me at 9:30?

Ideal start would be between 9am and noon on the 2nd, but I'm pretty flexible
