Extract Brewers! Step up to the next level!
My issue isn't so much that I don't know how to brew all grain (I've read quite a bit about it), I'm just having some trouble figuring out what all I need to make the switch. I have a 10 gal kettle to do full 5 gal batches but am just torn on what to do about a mash tun... plastic cooler or another kettle for the same price that can later be used as an HLT? Thoughts?
