Farmhouse Hop Group Buy
Hey everyone,
I'm going to be buying myself some hops in the next few days. For anyone who hasn't taken a look at Farmhouse before, they carry the best available prices for hops that any of us have found and John is a standup guy that has been by the brewhouse to hang before. Those drawing up recipes for barrels should consider purchasing their hops here in bulk and selling them out to each participant. It saves money in the long run. We'll also save on shipping this way. I'm pretty sure John gives discounts based on amounts ordered as well.
Here's a rundown of what he has available at the moment. The hops are available only in quarter lb increments.
If you are interested in getting hops please bring money for what you want to the Sunday meeting or find another way to reach me by then. Get your order to me before Sunday so I can figure out shipping and tell you your share.

I am out of town this week..I'll pick mine up Saturday...
they are currently at the brew house.
I can drop them off at the brew house tomorrow or even today if they show up before I leave to head over there.
bill, your total is 27.13 after I added on 4.50 for shipping. Me and you split shipping 50/50. I didn't want to charge anything to ed since he only ordered a single pack of hops. Didn't seem worth it. Let me know if you are ok with that. Also, saaz was back in stock by the time I ordered so I got that for you instead of tetts. They should be arriving today sometime.

Don't know if Citra is still available if that effects your decision. There's a 1 lb increment of whole leaf available for around 21 I think. The pellets have been taken down from the site.
I am leaving Minneapolis around 9:30am so I believe around 1pm I will be driving through the area...depending on the weather...
If I get the green light to stop let him know Ill take some Citra...
enash, I will have to call John to confirm that he pickup is ok. I'm not sure it will work since the shipping is already paid for. But, I'll call him to make sure. Do you know whenabouts you will be driving by that area?

I am driving right by Janesville tomorrow on my return from Minneapolis...I could pick up the hops and bring them on Saturday. I need some citra...since no one here in Minneapolis has it....
sorry for the delays ed and bill. The citra finally came in today and I placed the order.

Since he is getting Simcoe back, that means the Pliny pack will be back!!! If anyone wants to brew a Pliny clone, his recipe and hops are spot on. Trust me, I have a keg at home and it is delicious! If you could wait another week I would get some more Citra. But if you can't wait that's fine I can order it on my own.
I'm now waiting til Friday or tomorrow to place the order as John has informed that the following hops will become available one of those two days: Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, Liberty, Nugget, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Pacifica. Anyone let me know if they want to add anything on.
Also, Bill, they're out of Saaz unfortunately (I wanted some too). They have some tettnanger I think.
Can't get over these great prices.
