Lager Fridge Temp Control

Please don't touch the temperature control on the Lager Fridge.  Just don't do it.  That fridge shouldn't be in the 40's it should be about 34-36 degrees give or take a little, it will jump up in to the low 40's if you leave the door open for a minute, but it should not be set that high.  It needs to be in the mid to upper mid 30's.  I have not yet had a moment to produce the signage and the sign-in sheet, but I will get to it soon.  In the meantime please don't change the temp on that fridge, other brewers expect and rely on that fridge being at the proper temps for their own lagering and cold crashing needs.  If for some reason you require a temperature that none of our current 4 fridges can accomodate you with, please message me and we can work out a solution.  The lager fermenting chamber at the front of the bar should be about 48-50 while the lagering chamber itself should be at 34-36 as mentioned.  The two other regular fridges can probably be varied to suit your needs.  Thanks.
