Old Irving Brewing is on it's 4th gen of Omega 052 yeast (Conan).
It fermented out a DIPA in 48hrs. As Conan comes into it's 4th
gen it seems to be at it's peek performance. They're about to rack
out of their fermenter and asked if any CHAOS peeps wanted to come
by to harvest some of this yeast for their homebrews?
