Yeah, cheers to everyone's hard work. It really turned out great, and every beer I tried was stellar! The space looked great, that drink rail REALLY seemed to improve things, the coffee school was fantastic. The only room for improvement I think was that the chili didn't seem to last very long, but even that is kind of a good thing because it means we had a lot of people coming through. I think it was our best yet.
Yeah, running out of chili in under 2 hours was not cool for a 5-hour long event with some high ABV beers. We need to change our chili game for next year and/or get some food trucks on board for 8:00 p.m. on. But, that's the only major ding I'd give the event.
I'm late to the game, and my recognition is the same as everyone before me. Big thanks to Stephen Lane for stepping up and co-hosting - I couldn't of done it without you! Shoutouts to:
Chuck and Wes - making sure the remodel got done
Rob and James - great job taking care of taps/gas
Everyone who helped set up - this was the smoothest event I've been a part of.. not because I'm a wizard of orginazation but because of everyone who came early and got shit done.
I agree with Jim on the food. Maybe next year just make 2 pots of 15 gallons each? Another discussion for another time.
James, Rob, Stephen, and everyone else who got the brewhouse in order yesterday and today (myself not included).
People who made chili thank you! If you have receipts, please take a pic and send to me for a reimbursement. 630.362.1969
Agreed, the party appeared to run smooth as hell. Well done, everyone!!!
Yeah. Definitely smoothest one yet. Thanks to all the new (and veteran) volunteers!

It certainly kicked my ass. Nice job everyone.

Thanks everyone!
Big shout out to Bill as well, we wouldn't have finished the front room without Bill putting in 9 solid days of work alongside Wes and I.
I love the variety of chili. It didn't look like we had 5 gallons of each type. We should figure out how many people we had and crunch some numbers.
Any idea on how many people attended?
I see we have 112 trial members.
I'm guessing the door app tells us how many people were checked in...I would ping Conrad.
