I brewed a Gose style beer on December 12, 2016 and it is ready to be bottled. I was inquiring whether anyone would be at CHAOS this week of January 23 to January 29 to supervise my bottling of this beer? I have the bottles and carbonation drops for the bottling. The brewhouse will be closed this weekend for Stout & Chili night. If you can't find someone available on a weeknight this week, next weekend might be a better option.
