I took a leap of faith and

I took a leap of faith and ordered willamette, cascade, and chinook.  By far the most expensive hops I've ever purchased, but after hearing what the guy had to say about how much care goes in to them, and their non-decapitating methods, all signs point to super high quality hops.  So I took the plunge, we'll see how they perform.

I don't know if this is really a valid/accurate test but I wonder if you could brew two exact same MSaSHes but with hops from two different companies to see if one does indeed come out better...
