I need two volunteers who want to make lagers for the upcoming workshop on march 31. I will provide you a healthy yeast pitch, yeast nutrition, oxygen, and a little lager making advice. For one person I will also bring my BIAB set up and show you how to do a BIAB mash. So you don't even have to use the mash tun and will learn a new way of mashing.
There's still a big ol' quesiton mark for April Hoppy Hour. ANYONE can host a Hoppy Hour; it's not reserved for a certain level of membership, or a certain level of previous participation in club events. Do you have a favorite craft-beer bar right near your place? Have it there and you're only a short distance from your own home!

Hey I've noticed a few guys around the brewhouse with some kind of application for the phone that you input all the variables and it puts out such information as pre-boil volumes and strike temps, can I get the name of one of those, it would help me loads.
I'm seeking some help on membership. I cant cover the entire city and field questions/requests from partners all by myself. If there were even one more person to lend a hand, we could double our partners very quickly and do all the cool stuff our partners are asking us to do. Please consider it!
Hello... I stopped by the open house pretty early on Saturday and met a few friendly members (sorry I have forgotten your names) that were nice enough to give a tour and chat with me while they brewed. I liked what I saw at the brew house, specifically access to some tools that I don't have at my home. Any how, I'd like to become a member and start brewing at your facility.
Who got them & what time? I got 2 for the last session from 6-8pm. Would be cool to get a group together to head down there together for the days festivities. I haven't been down there since '09 so I'm not as familiar with the current set up. Let the planning commence
I went to buy some stuff on Farmhouse the other day and I used the chaos club code at checkout (CHAOS5) and it told me that it was an inactive code, or that it was an invalid code. Is there another code that we use instead of this one?
The new meeting structure passes, as outlined in a post to the board forum Feb 7, 2013 by Lucas Morris. Board meetings will be restricted to things that need board discussion only and committee reports will be reserved for the general meeting. Each board meeting should leave time for open discussion.
