Beer, volunteers, and CO2 sign ups

Forums:

Thanks to everyone that brewed and already signed up to volunteer your time and/or CO2 tanks for Harvest Fest. If you could please update and complete your beer descriptions by tomorrow, the 23rd, it would be greatly appreciated!  Also, we could use some more CO2 tanks, regulators, taps, and gas lines for the party. If you can let us borrow some we would Love you forever.  And volunteers!  Our late night bartenders are missing. It's a great slot and, frankly, I'm shocked there are still slots available. Probably not for long ...

Exploding beers in the ferm room

Forums:

A rare good post about the ferm room and brewhouse!

1. Brewhouse was very clean when I arrived. Keep up the good work (Joe)!

2. Lots of vigerous fermentations happening. That's a good thing. Lots of krausen exploding everywhere as well...

Jeff x2 - primarys on floor man! Icehouse - duct tape doesn't work. :)   Patty/Adam - cleaned top and airlock.

All of the mess is cleaned up. Just a reminder to use 1" hose and 1 gallon blowoff container where possible. Mike Stuck cleaned my blowoff this weekend, so I'm paying it forward. Y'all do as well.

Sign up sheet for CO2 tanks, regulators, and taps

Forums:

Hi Chaos!  Harvest Fest is fast approaching and we need to make sure we have the proper equipment to serve our delicious beer!  Below is a link to a sign up sheet to make sure Matt has all he needs to be a successful Master of Kegs.  Thanks for helping out!

Keg help for Harvest Fest

Forums:

Hi Chaos.  Is anyone available to be the master of kegs for the party?  This would just entail getting to the brewhouse earlier on that day and arranging the kegs and beers where they need to be and making sure we have the tanks and regulators for them. Conrad and I will obviously be there all day to help. Thanks!  -John
