Hi guys. Where would you like the bottles for the Horse Thief competition? Looking at the reservation system, there should be enough room in the large lager fridge. Is that cool with the competition organizers?

Last I checked space was limited in the fridge near the garage door.

Whoever turned the temperature knob in the lager fridge to 100% cold, please stop touching anything. We had the fridge set perfectly. It is now at 24 degrees. I'm not sure how long it's been since you messed with this but a bunch of the beers in the fridge are have ice in them or are damn near frozen solid. I know for a fact that I set the fridge perfectly after we paid to have it cleaned and recharged. If you think it should be adjusted reach out to me directly before touching anything.

It's been there for a while.

Several of our members will be attending the NHC in Minneapolis on the weekend of June 16th. Part of our booth at the conference will be a live stream of our brewhouse. We have a camera mounted in the brewhouse now that captures all brewing bays. We want the brewhouse to be full that Friday evening. Let's show off our space in an really cool new way. Even if you aren't wanting to brew come by and have a bottle share if you're available. If you're coming to Chaos that night try hanging out in view of where the cameras are so we can make sure it looks full that evening.
