Hi Chaos! I don't want to be a drag, but the brewhouse was kind of a mess last night. Most troubling was the front door was unlocked and the lights were on. I was able to deal with the mill being busted, but could've saved a ton on time/frustration had I known earlier and had them milled elsewhere. Garbage was not thrown out, mill area was a mess, glasses and oranges on the bar, drainer on station 2 is dirty, out of ferm cap, etc. I'm sure I have not left it in a perfect state, especially on long brew days where shit goes wrong. I arrived yesterday to find the grain mill was not working. There is a hand mill that is tough to use for one person, so mill your grains at Beer Camp/Brew n Grow before your brew day. I'm not sure what is wrong with it.
It's my first time contributing beer to an event. I have my beer in bombers in the ferm room, and was wondering how I/we go about chilling them for the party.
