Hey, Good People of CHAOS!

We're looking to provide a varied, fun, and educational slate of monthly meetings this year. So, if you have any suggestions for 15-20 minute educational items (e.g., calculating a malt bill), for guest speakers we should invite, for beer styles you'd like to sample and learn about, for off-site locations (e.g., Headquarters Beercade), or for anything else, please let us know right here and we'll do our best to get it on the meeting calendar for this year!

not beer related-employment related

My company-major supplier to ford motor company currently has some openings. Industrial Engineer, Materials, Operations Superintendent. I know this is a beer group but everyone needs a job and I'm in upper management so we can chat beer :-)'i also know we have some talented folks in the club. Anyway we have a need and it is always cool to hear about job opportunities so I thought I would put it up here. So if you or anyone you know may be qualified check out tower automotive careers or get in touch with me and get me your resume.

What's The Craziest Beer You've Brewed?!

As many of you know, last month we did a full day video shoot at CHAOS for some really cool brew videos we will be unveiling over the year. This one is a first ROUGH cut of the question "What is the craziest thing you have brewed?"

https://youtu.be/nB_fkYyvLFM

This isn't a final video, and is only accesible via the link. Peter (one of the guys that was there shooting) put this together over the past week and suprised me with it today. I couldn't be more proud with how it's all coming together.

Cerveza De Mayo; Kegging

So question about Cerveza de mayo.

I'm going to be most likely kegging. When I force carb I do it in my kegerator - which is cold. When I bring the keg to the brewhouse, how will it work with keeping the kegs cold when we're supposed to bring them in before the event? Empty out the keezer?

Just curious.

thanks, brandon
