This is Kent Weber - my roommate Keil and I are looking to become a part of Team CHAOS and would like to put our first brew on the books. We were wondering if anyone would be able to brew early Saturday morning, on 8/2/14. Keil may need to work, so the earlier the better (8am), but he may also try and call off, so 10am would work as well.

Paul, owner of Beermiscuous, has asked us to co-host their first ever Open Mic-ro Night! Paul writes, "The gist of the event is an open invitation for any home brewer to bring in their selected home brew, present to the audience their inspiration/recipe/process/tasting, and then obtain official BJCP feedback forms from audience members who will also learn from our Cicerone how to evaluate and provide constructive feedback. So a great education forum for both brewer and audience."
Hi, all! Mark, our treasurer, got me a quote for a banner for our billboard in back facing the metra. I'm wondering if someone even minimally graphics-design/layout-savvy could help me desing it.
Lance from Omega gave us 7 vials of his Brett stain and wants us to brew with it. The only thing he asks is to take notes of fermentation and save him a couple bottles of the beer. He said the stain has high attenuaton rate and he got positive results as high as 80 degrees. Let me who wants one.
Ladies and Gentlemen of CHAOS, I had planned to brew at 10 tomorrow, but I had some last minute very important obligations pop-up and now I'm not sure when I can get there. In the interest of not leaving these brothers high and dry in the parking lot with a sack of grain, will anybody be able to show up and supervise for them until I can get there, hopefully around noon or one.
