I grabbed one of the Chaos Patches for the front of my work shirt from behind the bar. Who do I owe, how much, and what's the preferred method of payment?
Also, are we still planning on getting membership level and "achievement" patches too or whatever?
I need three more teammates. If you have never played before its alot of fun. Plus it includes an open bar and special team chaos shirts cant go wrong. Cost is $30/person
I'd like to file a motion to move the meeting times up this Sunday one hour in order to accommodate those of us with an unhealthy hockey obsession and kinda need to see if these Blackhawks can pull it off in game 7. Or perhaps figure out how we can watch it together at the brewhouse....I don't know. The game starts at 7.
Either way I'll be at the meeting...I'm really interested in our guest speaker and there's a lot to discuss this month.
If any of you have been you know Barehand's brewing in Granger, In is a fantastic place with wonderful beer and an even greater staff. I have been going there for sometime and consider these guys my friends. Owner Chris Gerard was injured a little over a week ago and was hospitalized with a head injury until yesterday. He does not have health insurance. There is a crowd funding site up to donate to Chris and his family (there are more details there).
Corny Keg Depot in Elgin just announced that he has 100 kegs. They are high quality and he's a good dude to do business with. They come clean, pressurized, and with a free set of gaskets for $60. That's the best deal you're gonna find, as the supply is dwindling. If you need kegs I recommend them. I have 6 from him, Conrad and Adam have some too. They go quick...
CHAOS is planning our annual camping float trip to Wolf Lake. It's about a 3.5 hour drive up from Chicago, and I'm sure we'll stop at Woodman's on the way to pick up New Glarus... yum! http://wolfrivertrips.com/
I'm earmarking Sept. 5-7, the weekend after Labor Day, I think it should still be warm... but it is May 15 and 45 degrees outside, so who knows!
