So currently I'm in Conneticut for a friend's wedding and will be driving through Pennsylvania. I'm on the lookout for Heady Topper and Hill Farmstead, which will probably be unlikely. There may be some Russian River sours and possibly Hair of the Dog at a place I know of near Pittsburgh, is anybody interested in a trade or having me pick up some for them?
thats right, folks! CHAOS is now officially incorporated. we have been growing as a club and it was the next logical step. the NFP designation stands for 'not for profit'. since its inception, the club was not meant to be a profit earning venture, but a sustainable club of folks that love beer and its culture, and to brew the best they can. that means that all dues and donations are strictly to the the benefit of the club and its further development. we will continue to grow with that model and we look for more great things to come.
Due to lack of interest and conflict in my work schedule. Sorry for late notification. If anyone has any questions about what we're spose to be doing let me know.
I know there was an old discussion about this, couldn't find it (I was being lazy), but I have a printer for the brew house. Its got some black ink, no color, and will need to be fed paper. I'll bring it on Sunday. Thanks!
When is the next buy? I know I need more grain so I assume others do as well. I can't organize anything but I do need 2-3 sacks of 2-row, 2 of pilsner, 2 marris otter, 1 victory, 1 vienna, 1 munich, 3 wheat and probably more... I got big plans coming up, hence no time to organize a buy.
as you may know, there were only 100 of these kegs filled strictly for the Chicago market. the brew is a collaboration of Steve Kamp of BOSS, our own Adam York, and Lagunitas. the two brewers were flewn into Petalumas CA after winning the micro-nano homebrew competition. this is a limited one time release.
