Does anyone have a corker or is there a plan to get a corker for the brewhouse? I would love to bottle some beers in belgian bottles but have no corker or funds to purchase one (especially for just one batch.) Thanks.
Hey guys if there is still interest i will host a brew in a bag workshop on june 24th. I think this will be good for people who want to make the leap from extract to all grain. Let me know what i need to do to create a event on the front page.
CHAOS is ever growing! With that, it is time to start exploring moving into a bigger space.
Our current lease is up October 31st. There are various plans in the works for funding, but we are interested in purchasing our own property, approximately 2000 - 3000 SQFT.
We need help in property searching, pricing neighborhoods, financing options, etc.
There are currently several initiatives which are only awaiting man-power and all the great ideas still untapped among our supportive members. Kevin Schwartzenberg had a great idea of having a Google Docs to which everyone may contribute (we did this for the Finance Committee and 501c3 decision with great success).
