BYO Magazine Subscription for brewhaus

I got a letter from BYO (Brew Your Own) magazine today that stated I could renew my magazine supscription and for free get another subscription to give to someone as a gift.  I was thinking I could just give the free subscription to the brewhaus.  Should I just send the subscription to 1329 W grand ave? or is there not a mailbox at this address?

The Bathroom Sink

I want to use some up some leftover grains, yeast and hops I have. Here's the rundown,

2gal. all grain, mash for 60min at 154f, batch sparge at 170f

The leftover grain:
3lb pale 2-row
1lb crystal 80L
11oz smoke malt
8oz chocolate malt
8oz oats (too much? not enough?)

Leftover hops:
I have 2oz of whole leaf centenial... was thinking of just hopbursting and having no bittering charge. 
1oz@ 15min and 1oz@ 1min...

Leftover yeast:
Wyeast 1187 Ringwood, just the smackpack but that should be plenty for two gallons.

Here are the score card results from the judges at beer hoptacular:

Aroma 8/12

Smokey phenolic - some malt hops ok.

 

Appearance 3/3

Very little head.

 

Flavor 12/20

Nice smoke characgter, good malt with a fair amount of hops. Hops grow into a long bitter finish. Nice initial caramel.

 

Mouthfeel 4/5

Ok, but bitter to the point of astringency.
