1. I have 3 batches for the party and not enough empty kegs (bad planning on my part, been busy.Can I borrow 1 or 2 kegs? There are a couple under the stairs last time I was there. I'll be happy to clean and steralize before and after.
2. I notice there aren't any empty fields in the beer spreadsheet... are we at max, or can I insert some rows?

I'm assuming we have a service for pest control at the brewhouse? I just got here today and when I walked in from the back we had 2 huge fucking rats run from behind the trash cans toward the oven. We have a huge bag of peanuts and half eaten shells open on the bar. Not sure if that's what these nasty guys eat but I would touch those. Just wanted to give a heads up to get someone in here stat to try and get rid of these guys.
Hi Chaos! There is another thread about cheese making, but I wanted to start a discussion that everyone would see once. A group of us were talking about cheese making and Wes stayed he had made Swiss cheese before. He is willing to lead a very informal discussion about making cheese on a weekday in the future. It would start around 7:30pm and probably not last later then 9:00pm. A conversation about the equipment, process, time, and money considerations canbe expected. We could even turn it into a cheese share and talk about doing a group cheese.
Hi Chaos! Just wanted to send a quick reminder to check that big lager fridge and the new reservation system. It's totally new, but now that there is a system we have to abide by it. Thanks to Jeff and Joe for getting that going and it took me a minute to understand it, but I had to move some stuff around and out of that fridge last night to honor a reservation and it kinda sucked. I don't want anyone's beers to suffer, but the reservation system now takes precedence. I already let the effected people know, but there are a bunch of containers in there that don't belong.
The sound sytem we normally use for the outdoor portion of our parties is not available for Cerveza. If you know of somewhere we can rent one for relatively inexpensively or free, shoot me a PM. Thanks!!
