Next Gino's/CHAOS Beer!

Forums: 

Noah Himmel and Kevin McMahon just informed me that they're ready for their next beer from us! We're going to shoot for a release date of January 2016 so the in-house competition/judging should occur some time late November/early December. Here's what we need ASAP:

(1) A style (they suggested staying away from the typical stouts/porters);

(2) A solid date for the in-house competition/judging;

(3) JUDGES!

GOOSE ISLAND - Clybourn Brew Pub - Belgian Beer Fest (Beer sign-up)

Goose Island asked us to be a part of their Belgian beer fest on Sept. 13!

Here is the beer sign-up sheet. We will cap it at 20 gallons and one beer per person, no more than 5 gallons per person and no less than 2 gallons.

Also, we can only take (3) CHAOS volunteers to pour.

Madison and Wabash Bash @ Rebuilding Exchange

Come check this out on 8/28. CHAOS has worked with this organzation before and it will be a good time. We'll have a table and our banner and spread the good CHAOS word. I am going to make and serve 10 gallons of beer.. if you'd like to brew or bring some to share, please let me know ASAP.

The 2015 Homebrewer’s Ball is our second annual homebrewers competition.  The 2015 winner will have their liquid brewed and distributed by Marz Community Brewing Co. The competition is open to homebrewers in the Chicagoland area and entry to competitors is FREE!

We received the following e-mail. It would be awesome to have some CHAOS representation there. I asked them if they'd mind only 1-2 kegs from us and they are all for it; they even said we could do bottles if we wanted. Reply here if you'd like to represent us with your beer so we can get a concerted effort going.
