This batch was Co-Brewed with Bianca Alley (1st supervised brew) and

myself (2nd supervised brew) w/ AJ Jacobs as our Brew Buddy to make

sure we didn't burn the place down.

It was suppose to be a Tripel but the efficiency was so high that it got pushed

up into a Golden Strong.

Registration for judging/stewarding at two of the largest competitions in the area has started.

The Drunk Monk Challenge is organized by our suburban friends in Urban Knaves of grain and is held at Two Brothers Roundhouse on March 10 and 11. This one's in MInnesota, but one of our former members, Mark Haar, is kicking some homebrew ass up there with this club and is assiting with the competition.
