Homebrew Con 2019 will be held June 27-29 in Providence, RI. For those of you who have never been to one, it's a great experience for homebrewers. Lots to love: seminars, trade show, networking with other homebrewers, and, of course, free beer.

We are in the deepest dark of winter, but we must look forward to arrival of spring. Now is the time for all good brewers to plan for this celebration! What do we drink in spring? Maibock! Why do we brew it now? Lagering!

 

CHAOS Spring Club Competition is celebrating the glory of the BJCP 4C Helles Bock style.

 

CHAOS Q1 Club Comp: Team Stouts

Winter is coming! It is time to brew some fire side sippers, dark and stormy brews, tummy warmers. . . I could go on and on. To keep things interesting, we are making this a team project. Each team of 2 brewers must consist of at least 1 experienced Brewer and 1 new Brewer (12 Months or less) This is an opportunity for CHAOS members to recruit a family member, friend or that special someone in your quarantine pod (make it a date night) that have never brewed before and welcome them to the dark side of beer obsessions. 

This will be BCJP Judged.

Homebrew Con 2020 in Nashville - WHO'S GOING?

We need to know who is planning on going to HBC this year - please respond here by the end of March if you are planning on it. We are looking for at least 10 CHAOS members to be present if we are to set-up a booth for Club Night. 

I'm looking to organize some behind the scenes tours with some brewer buddies, as well as getting us some infamous Hot Chicken. 

I know so far we have me, Jeff W, and Bill G. 

I think Jayson might come and have a reunion with us as well.
